Happy Lams Cuttlefish Balls

These are Happy Lams Cuttlefish Balls. We weren’t too impressed by their Hot Thai Fish Balls so we weren’t too keen to try these but we’re glad we did.

These cut­tle­fish balls have a good tex­ture, tak­ing on the bounce and ten­der­ness of fresh cut­tle­fish, with bits of firmer flesh mixed through­out, rather than com­pletely smooth like the Hanabi Fried Fish Balls, which have a sim­il­ar tex­ture oth­er­wise. These cut­tle­fish balls also have a fuller fla­vour than the lat­ter.
